This is the Web site of Silpada Designs' Polishing Off Juvenile Diabetes Campaign. Access is free and anonymous. You are not required to give any information about yourself to access the main Web site. The privacy of visitors is important to us. Submit Your Story Forum

The Submit Your Story Forum requires users to register before they are allowed to post a story. Registration requires users to enter a first name, last name, and e-mail address. The names need not be your real names, but will be used to identify the source of each story posted. Parents with children under the age of 13 who want their children to participate in the Submit Your Story Forum must submit a Parental Permission Form.

Parents may request that information about their child be removed from the Submit Your Story Forum at any time by contacting us.

Mailing Lists

Our mailing lists, if any, are not available for sale or rent to anyone. Signing up for a mailing list is specifically for the purpose of receiving information about diabetes-related products, stories, experiences and similar messages. The e-mail addresses on this list are never shared with anyone. Each message will be individually approved by Silpada before it is released to the list.
